seems so short. I didn't want to leave. But I have to return the rental car before 4p.m. I checked it out at 4p.m from LAX. I couldn't get on the road until 9p.m due to traffic. So, I decided to pay the extra charges to stay in Death Valley for sunset today.

32 states in the US and 8 in Canada. Travelled Canada and the USA from coast to coast within five months. Travelled mostly by train, sometimes by coach. In total 33.000 km (20.000 miles). Started and ended in Toronto. Some other highlights: Montreal, Quebec, New York, Philadelpia, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans, El Paso, LA, San Fran, Yosemite, Death Valley, Vegas, Vancouver, Jasper. Experienced temperatures varying from minus 25 degrees Celsius to +30 degrees Celsius.
