De Carrousel

Happened to wander in here on a cold day. The restaurant is a round building, very reminiscent of a Carrousel, hence the name. The servers were all super nice. The menu has a great variety of choices, you can get various toppings on your pancakes and poffertjes. They also have eggs, ham etc. The hot chocolate is served in a tiny flower pot, so cute ! This is just a nice relaxed casual place to go for breakfast or brunch ( I actually went for lunch :o) ) The poffertjes were AMAZING ! Really soooo delicious, if you go definitely try these tasty little treats ! It is right near the Heineken Brewery. I would definitely would go here again and am craving the poffertjes ! Also I spilled my hot chocolate and the waitress felt bad for me and gave me a free one, even though it was totally my fault. So sweet !
