Tried to cancel due to family emerg., while on hold they ran the charges Jun 02, 2009
I tried to cancel that I made a month ago 5 days in advance. While I was on hold waiting to talk to the manager, whom happen to be out of town at a meeting in the middle of the busiest season of the year, they ran the charges for the room and informed me they could not help. I have a case pending with corporate.
