Mix up in reservation... Jul 08, 2009
We had reserved 2 rooms for a party of 4 several months ago and had confirmation numbers in hand. When we got to the motel after driving for 15 hours, they told us there had been a mistake and they had put us down for the 22nd instead of the 27th. Luckily, there were just two rooms left, not what we had asked for to begin with, but they were accommodating. However, they did not offer any kind of upgrade in apology. As I was in the lobby using the computer, I overheard the desk clerk offer an upgrade to another guest! Overall, it was one night and it was clean. I would stay here again, but would double check and verify my reservation for sure!

My husband & I stayed in this hotel on June 22, 2007. We checked in after 3 p.m., were given our room key. When we got to our room, the door was open, and it was not cleaned up from the last visitor. The maid was working on the room across the ...read entire review at TravelPost.com
