Days Inn Downtown Civic Center San Francisco

We were back again this year for another night at this motel. We had stayed here last year because it was so convenient to the meetup. In fact only two blocks away. This year we felt the price, which included free on-site parking made it the best bet again. This year we asked for and got a first floor room. It provided the same features, individual heating and air conditioning and wireless internet. Cable TV with HBO, ESPN, and FM radio stations, a small microwave, refrigerator with small freezer (that didn’t work very well), and a coffee maker. The ice machine is on the second floor to keep non-guests from taking advantage. It’s easy to get to from the elevator. Some parking is even covered under the building and there seems to be at least one for each room. And again, it’s free. Bus routes run about two or three blocks away. The morning continental breakfast is small, pre-wrapped sweet rolls or muffins, juice, coffee, or tea. Again, our room was not fancy but clean and well maintained.

Located right close to the Jade Bar and downtown Civic Center, this three story older style motel was well maintained and offered all of the amenities you expect, including a microwave oven, refrigerator with small freezer, and coffee maker. Also provided were Cable television with HBO, ESPN and FM radio stations, individual heating and air conditioning and wireless internet. Parking was available on site at no charge. Although this was an older facility with exterior corridors there was an elevator available. Our room was clean and well maintained.
