Dawson Vacation Guide
Dawson City is known to the townfolk as just "Dawson" but maintains it's 'City' to distinguish it from Dawson Creek in British Columbia. This tiny town in the Yukon swells during the summer due mainly to tourists traveling along the Top of the World highway.
The town straddles the Yukon River which can only be crossed by ferry. The ferry runs 24 hours a day, all days of the year when the river isn't frozen over. During the precarious weeks when the river is freezing and not yet save to drive over, the only way between the two sides of town is by helicopter. The ferry takes about 2 minutes to cross and fits approximately 8 cars but the lines can grow to great lengths during the summer.

Answer: Driving a wet, muddy, pot-holed, treacherous Dempster!
