Darling Harbour is located in the central business district of Sydney and next to Chinatown, it's a large recreational areas where many pedestrians are enjoy walking thru, with many pubs, restaurants, and shopping surrounded it.

I don't want to tell much about Darling Harbour as it's too long story and it's worth being seen. But some words I'd like to say. For foodies Darling Harbour has more than 100 restaurants, cafés and take away outlets offering contemporary Australian cuisine and other food.


If you don't know where to stay, you find many hotels and apartments here with spectacular views of the harbour and city skyline from each hotel.

I met up with Anton and Mike in the morning to have breakfast along Darlings Harbour. We found a place that served French Toast and had awesome views of the harbour. Not a bad way to start the day. Afterwards we took a ferry from Darlings Harbour near the aquarium to Circular Quay. For $5.20, you get to ride… Darling Harbour, ferry ride and the (underrated) Mrs. Macquaries chair

  We'd seen most of the things Sydney has on offer, except for another waterside area known as Darling Harbour.  The Sydney Exhibtion Centre is there, and since there was a massive book, cd and dvd sale advertised on tv which claimed to have millions of discounted products there that sealed the deal for us.  The weather was warm again if a little… Darling Harbour. The plan was to visit Chinatown, Darling Harbour, Bondi Beach, a harbour cruise through the harbour of Sydney and then some shopping. We walked from our hotel towards Chinatown, only to discover the stores weren't open yet. So we walked towards Darling Harbour and Cockle Bay to view the city… Day 5: Sydney

De eerste stop is Darling Harbour. Erg gezellig met veel restaurantjes en cafes aan de jachthaven. Vanuit Darling Harbour heb je ook goed zicht op alle grote kantoren die hier aanwezig zijn, waaronder ook het prominent aanwezige pand van Allianz!! Niet te missen!! We zijn dan ook naar het Allianz… Sydney
