Dar es Salaam Vacation Guide

Dar es Salaam was founded in 1862 y the sultan of Zanzibar. It's Tanzania's former capital (until 1996), and the city is a large center for industry.

Located on Africa's east coast, by the Indian ocean, the climate is warm and rather humid, with an average day tempereature of 30 degrees C. Dar es Salaam has to rainy seasons, April- May and October-November.
