This was my second trip to Korea, the last one, most of my time was spent around the vicinity of Seoul. This time I spent more time in the middle of the country. Good times!

South Korea in the autumm is colorful and inspiring for the soul, especially admiring the mountains, gardens, temples and palaces. The capital city Seoul seems to be proud of its achivements, good transportation network, tall buildings and interesting attractions. However, the most memorable moments are the peaceful buddhist temples, the National Parks, spicy food (kimchi) and historical monuments in Chengju. A must visit destination in Asia.

We stayed at a motel which was quite nice as we had an ensuite bathroom, tv and internet access. This was fortunate as there was not a lot to do in Danyang.
