Dania Beach Vacation Guide
Dania Beach was the first city to be incorporated into Broward County, Florida back in the early 1900s. The city is located directly southeast of the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood airport.
The city is well known for both the antique shops that line Federal Highway and Dania Jai Alai. Dania Jai Alai, however, is rumored to be closing its doors in the near future.
As the city is located near to the beach, both outdoor and water sports are popular. Some of the many parks include: Frost Park, Melaleuca Park, C.W. Thomas Park, Chester Byrd Park, and many others.
Of course, a tradition to all Floridians is Jaxson's Ice Cream Parlor and Restaurant. Jaxsons has been in the business of serving some of the best home-made ice cream and toppings in the country.
In addition, both the Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Outdoor World are a short drive away.

hey i have just gotten to Motel 6 in Dania Beach. i am between hollywood, FL and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. this hotel is the damn projects. where my view is the trailer parks and hell i have been getting bit by bed bugs all night everynight. this is hell....... get me out of here.
