for one of the main things I have been looking forward to do in Egypt - dive the Red Sea.
I have heard many good stories…

Woke up around 11AM for the buffet breakfast. Showered, put on my bathing suit and walked with Ann over to the main building where meals were served. We walked over the smooth stone, up the incline on a winding path to the dining area. We had the choice of eating outside in the shade with a panoram…

Middle East-The land of neverending conflict, struggle and dispute.Three weeks of Turkey, Syria, Lebanon,Jordan and Sinai, Egypt. This is where epic cities of antiquity rub shoulders and architectural aspiration.Prior to that pre-backpacking to Toscana Italia, summer 2009 will long be remembered.
Predominantly an Islamic region,it is one of the most misunderstood region and religion in the world.

After landing in the resort town of Dahab, we wandered about town doing our best to deal with the hundreds of people asking us to eat at their restaurant. There are about 100 or so along the coast, and they have to compete with one another for business. We did find a place to grab drinks late…
