DENCIO'S Jul 18, 2008
To experience Filipino food, try Dencio's Restaurant. Branches are all over Metro Manila. There is always a Dencio's in the big malls and in popular restaurant rows. Almost all filipino recipe is in their menu list: various entrees of gulay(vegetables), karne(meat), isda(fish),sawsawan(sauces) prutas(fruits), inumin(drinks). My favorite in Dencio's is sisig. This is spicy sizzling pork, chicken, or fish. You can also try pinakbet(sauted veggies w/ fish sauce), and sinigang pork, fish, shrimp(tastes like Tom Yam. The cooking at Dencio's is almost as original as how the food is cooked in the ordinary Pinoy kitchen.
