D&D Inn Reviews
D&D Mar 10, 2009
D&D on the Khao san ghetto, I mean road, is an ok place to stay, obviously being on Khao san its good to explore Banglamphu from, though I think a lot of people who stay there never venture futher than KSR. It was clean, had new lifts which made things easier and the staff were pretty friendly. The roof top pool is a nice touch for a budget(ish) place though its not as cheap as GH's on KSR used to be. The pool though pretty small was nice and clean though it tended to be full of drunk loud Isralies fresh from their stint in the army and determined to have a good time. It was nice to be able to run down to the street for some cheap beer and food to take back upstairs, they have a cool message board thing where you can post a note for your mates, or strangers to see which is a nice touch. Pretty good, I just have my reservations about KSR and all that it means.

A friendly hotel in the middle of backpacker heaven! Oct 04, 2007
A large hotel located in the middle of Khao San Road.
550-750 baht per night for a single room. 750-1100 baht per night for a double room & includes a free breakfast buffet and use of the rooftop pool. Reception also provides security boxes for your valuables , plus long-term storage for luggage. Rooms are clean and have a TV, air-con and en-suite bathroom. ‘Deluxe’ rooms have a better standard of ‘finish’ plus a refrigerator and hairdryer. The hotel staff are friendly and eager to be of help. The grounds also include a restaurant and bar, beauty spa and two internet cafés. Recommended for acclimatising to the madness that is Khao San. - at Watergate, I decided on D&D Inn as my first choice for accomodation in Banglamphu. After a short, but busy, taxi ride to Khao San Road, my taxi driver dropped me off with a 'free' carton of cold water right outside D&D. What are the chances… Khao San Road |

we did find a nice guesthouse called the D&D Inn..had a pool..really friendly staff...a bit pricier than the first place but oh well...it was worth it. Especially when you can share the cost with someone it doesn't seem so bad. SO ...we decided to get some… Arrival...Bangkok |

D Inn at just after 6am, so I had a shower and slept for a few hours. Hazel and I would spend the next two days shopping and eating & drinking far, far too much: The MBK Shopping Centre - a massive seven levels of stalls… Back to Bangkok |
