Czar the best in hama city but not inside the city center but all know it , the place out city and can go there by taxi and back by the same way & there are some buses can take you free and back but not all time you can found it in street so go by taxi faster and if youu have car there is park for cars inside it , you can stay open time there in restaurant or gardens or games part or Aqua town ( I don't know now open or not yet Aqua town ) .
