A typical Japanese pension Aug 01, 2013
This pension's owner was once moved by Curry Village in the Yosemite Valley. So he decided to build his guesthouse in a beautiful highlands after he came back to Japan. A Japanese family-run pension usually offer breakfast and dinner. Guests eat dinner and breakfast all together. Each room has a private bathroom, but you can enjoy an observation bath and open-air bath privately. It is rare to lock an open-air bathroom's door in Japan. Our room was a little small, but meals were good. The charge is 8,000 yen per person with two meals.

I remember Curry Village in Yosemite from when I was young, about 50 years ago. I was not a place you forget. I hope the area around his guesthouse is pretty like Yosemite. :)
