Re: Terminal 5 and currency conversion nightmare

I recently flew into London’s terminal 5 on BA flight 0875 which arrives at 2215. There is a huge problem with this flight. The problem is that Thomas Cook closes at 2230 and there is no possible way to make it in time to convert currency. This is very poor planning. The night I was there you had a lot of angry customers, myself included, that needed local currency. If you want to close the currency conversion office at 2230 you should not allow any international flight to arrive past 2130.

Please do one of the following. Cancel flight 0875 and all flights that arrive past 2130 into terminal 5, or keep Thomas Cook operating to a later time to accommodate your customers who may not fly into England with the local currency prior to departing their country or origin.

Thank You,

Ian Carisi
