Some things you just have to see! Jun 14, 2009
A few weeks ago i went with my mom to Amsterdam and while we where sitting in the train, a guy next to us had a conversation that he had tickets left for the cupfinal.
And those tickets where sold out for 2 weeks so i asked the guy if i could buy his tickets.
My mom was sóó happy!! :)
I'am not a Twente-fan, iam a fan off their rivals haha but i buyed myself a ticket to.
He made a nice price for us and we had wonderfull seats in the middle of the stadium at the first line, great!

The game was not in Enschede but in the stadium of Feyenoord, because the capacity is bigger.
A few days later we went to the Twente stadium in Enschede where we entered our bus and started to drinking beer :)
There where 250 busses with Twente supporters so we had to wait very long untill the bus left.

The busride took 3(!) hours.
It was so cool, as far as you could see, you only see busses!
And on every bridge from Enschede to Arnhem was filled with people with torches, banners and flags!
It was so special!

We arrived late to the stadium but we where just on time to see the beginning! :D
The Feyenoord stadium has a capacity of 50.000 people and one half was filled with Heerenveen-fans and the other half was filled with Twente-fans.
After the ceremony the players came up to the field and everybody started to sing.
3 very big banners where trown over the people from the second ring and a lot of torches made our side filled with red smoke!
At the Heerenveen-side they had a bad painted banner but they had confettycanons with blue and white ribbons and a lot of flags!
They had some smokey blue torches to, very nice!

The game started and in the first half Heerenveen was better.
The striker of Twente, Arnautovic and Wisgerhof where injured after a few minutes.
After 26 minutes Popov scored for his club Heerenveen.

After the second half Twente came back and they played real good, very fast and extremely good soccer!
After 52 minutes, Elia scored for Twente and Twente came back!
There where a lot of chances and some good passes but the score stayed 1-1 after 90 minutes so there was a extension of 30 minutes.

In the 112th minute, Kalou scored for Heerenveen and everything went wrong on the field for Twente untill Hersi scored in the 117th minute for Twente and the crowd went crazy!

So the score stayed 2-2 and it was time for the penalty's, one of the most exiting things ever happed in a cupfinal!
The penalty's where all good except the penalty from Hersi... he hit the ball to hard and flew into the crowd...

The fans and players of Heerenveen went crazy and they won the cup!
It was so sad to see the players of Twente sitting there, looking to the grass..
And Hersi was crying so hard that 3 people from the staff where holding him so he couldn't do any crazy things.

Twente was better but Heerenveen had more luck but that's soccer!
the players-bus driving nearby o
Rotterdam, here we come!
This is where it should happen!
