Great restaurant in the wine country! The restaurant is part of the Culinary Institute, which is a school for those studying to be a chef, or current chefs/culinary artists seeking to further their skills and knowledge. Which is a great boon to those of us who enjoy great food and wine!
not only is the food spectacular, but the atmosphere is wonderful too! The kitchen is open in different sections so you can see the artists at work! Make sure you make your reservations well in advance,(we made ours 4 months out, i think) as they are VERY popular!  Part of the California 2006-part one travel blog
