Computer failure; employee failure Apr 10, 2007
Their computers went down, so no one could check in. They gave away rooms that people had already checked into by removing their luggage from the rooms and giving them to other people. Management was no help. Told us we were the ones with the prob...read entire review at TravelPost.com
