This hotel, Crossland Suites West Oaks, Houston had several unregistered pedifiles living there for over a year. There are currently prostitutes working there. The maids steal property from the rooms. Vandals break into cars routinely. Maid service is spotty or non existant. The place is filthy. There is no security. When you ask for towels, half the time there are none. Outside lights are burned out. No security is present. If you call be I will give you a long list of unhappy residents. My question is how can Hotels.com put EXCELLENT on a rating without a name? Their comment rating system is BOGUS. I am living there temporarily and I cannot enter this information as a comment! Terrible

	I chose this hotel because it was only Feb 18, 2008 I chose this hotel because it was only a mile or two from the place I was working for 2 days and because it was relatively cheap ($54.99 for me).
