The modern low-rise Creta Royal Hotel is set in attractive colorful gardens on the 600-meter-long beach of Scaleta, 12 kilometers from the old town of Rethymnon. The 120 air conditioned guestrooms have a light contemporary decor in tones of maroon and beige, with elegant dark wooden beds. Some have balconies with views of the gardens.
