TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE Jun 16, 2008
The Manager at the Aurora, Colorado location is VERY rude and not helpful. My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April and the service sucked!
The manager needs to be sent back to hospitality training. She yells and screams at the housekeeper...read entire review at TravelPost.com |
