DO NOT stay here Nov 19, 2009
We had a room booked for their opening weekend at a 50% discount, it was not at all ready to be open. The hotel was dirty, construction still going on and the staff lied to us. We luckily found another room and left the hotel. We paid a lot more money elsewhere but worth it was worth it. Shame on them for not telling the truth and opening before it was ready, I can't believe they were even allowed to open by the city of San Francisco.
