Feb 04, 2007 Caracas has great food and amazing restaurants! If you like crepes, you'll love a restaurant called, Crepes and Waffles. It's located in the infamous SAMBIL Mall, which is S.America's largest mall. :) I've been to Paris, where the crepes were exceptional, however, none compared to the dinner crepes here! Have dinner and go to a movie:) If you are coming by subway, exit on the Chacao exit.
