Craft beer Travel Reviews

Craft Beer Apr 10, 2001
Back in 90's there was open an another beer restaurant in Athens were they had an idea(like everywere else in the world) to make their own beer inside in the restaurant. Now you say to me...and?
That place becomes very popular for no other reason that their beer was amazing. All the beer-lovers of Athens and not-only make that place a hot spot!
In 2001 i put that beer the first Craft-beer in my bar in Naxos island. It was a good test because people from all over the world taste that unigue Red ale fresh beer in that summer.Everybody loved that great smell and taste of caramell were remain in their mouth and in the end of the season i run out of glasses because everybody wanted one for souvenir!
So in 2002 i had more glasses and the excellend CRAFT PILSNER.The champagne of the beers inspired from the breweries of Plsen village in the Chech Repuplic. This beer become my best selling beer for the next years. She is more expensive from the others (0.4ml 5.00euro)but my customers they choose that FRESH PILSNER with "closes eyes"as we say here in Greece!
Year by year i continue with new kinds of Fresh Craft Beer like the perfect Craft Black Lager a beer were i think that has a unique taste! Its not bitter is a well drinking lager beer with a unique taste.
People drinking all of them but i notice than many times depend from there nationalities!
Mid-age Enlish love pils!German loves pils and lager too.Scandinavians loves dark beers like Craft black Lsger and Draught Guinness when they can find exclusivly in Naxos island only at my place. So i think its time to write about that irish lady!!!

janetathensbay says: Lots of my friends ask me how they can get to a particular Greek island. This is usually quite easy. There are many ferry boats leaving every day from the port in Pireaus and from the port in Rafina to the islands. During the winter months, it may not be so easy however, as there are fewer boats a...
sylviandavid says: As a married father of three daughters, who have traveled abroad with us and independently, I would offer that perspective.
