Monstrosity of a hostel invaded by maggots Sep 15, 2009

Stayed in this over rated hostel for a night (originally ment to be a week) couldnt take anymore of the disgusting nature it was situated in.
The matresses had blood and urine stains all over them and slats of bed fell out during the night, not that i got any sleep due to the noisy pub accross the street... partiers not leaving till 4AM!!!!!
My pillow began to itch my face during the night so i decided to remove the pillow cover.... To my horror i found it infested with what looked like MAGGOTS!!
There had obviously been household pets in the room as a large amount of piled up hair was found in the corner.
not to mension the faulty electricity as sockets were hanging loosly off the wall.
Showers were COLD and there was a large degree of mold on the ceiling that looked like it was away to cave in!!!
THE WORST HOSTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN, IN THE WORLD... NOT RECOMENDED!!!!!!

As far as hostels are concerned this certainly isn't the best, but it isn't bad either. Pretty noisy beds and not so great public bathrooms, but the location is nice and the decor is pretty cool.
