Courtyard Portland North Harbour - Reviews - Portland

As a Marriott rewards member I found this to be the best value in the Portland area. The properties downtown are much more expensive and although they provide proximity to downtown, this one is only 4 miles north and I was able to secure 7 nights for only 55k points. All the typical extras, including free Internet and a nice view of the river from the units on the backside. Rate of $109 is a solid bargain for the area, however, during holidays it may approach $149 so book well in advance if possible. I've stayed at the Marriott Property downtown and although its a great place with amazing views of the river, I found myself staying in the North Harbour area during my last few visits.

Also, I highly recommend it for those firework watchers during the 4th - book early and reserve a room with a river view so that you can watch them from your deck. Truly amazing!
