Courtyard Hotel Downtown Tremont Boston

The Tremont Courtyard in Boston offers a fantastic location near the theater district, Chinatown, Boston Commons and Tufts University Medical center. The hotel itself is a vintage building that has passed through several owners over the years. The rooms are very small for a hotel in the US (room for little more than the bed and desk), but because of size, the rooms do have flat screen TVs with the typical 20 or so channels and pay-per-view. The bathroom and rooms were in decent condition but could use a bit of fix up (for instance, there was water damage on some the walls and the tiles were chipped in the bathroom).
The staff was quite helpful. My luggage was lost on my trip there, and they assisted me with finding it in addition me giving me a small number of toiletries and trying to find me a cell phone charger.
