Great downtown hotel Mar 28, 2008 Value: Location: Cleanliness: Amenities: Bed: Bathroom & Shower: The main thing about this hotel is the location. For the price you pay, it's very cheap for a downtown location in a big city! It's walking distance to most of the sightseeing spots and bars. However, if you prefer to take a taxi, you can easily hail a cab since this hotel is right outside of a main street. We had a great time there, and were happy to find that this hotel was on the cheaper end of others that we found in downtown Philadelphia, while still giving you a safe, clean environment. Plus, they offer AAA discounts (and other discounts, visit the Marriott website), and if you're a Marriott rewards member you get the points added to your rewards card for your stay and a few other perks as well.
