Killarney - Relax & Rejuvenate at Lake Hotel

The exact origins of most of these proverbs are now unknown, but the insights they contain remain timeless and universal.   IRISH PROVERBS   DEATH Death does not take a bribe.   Death is a poor man’s best physician.   Many a day we shall rest in the clay.   There is many a person with a high head today who will be lying lowly tomorrow.   Three is hope from the mouth of the sea but none from the mouth of the grave.   CUNNING Cunning is bett...

We left the B and B for a day of fun in Dingle. Up for a tour called the Ring of Kerry. A hundred mile loop of the south-western most section of the island.  We were just getting dressed when the hotels' fire alam sounded. Wow, did that get our attention!  Turned out it was a false alarm, but sure did better than the cafeine in coffee in getting us awake. Cold items only on the breakfast menu this morning. We thought it strange, but accepted it. Decent cereal, orange juice, and coffee (which by then we really didn't need).&...
