Costa at Trinity College Aug 08, 2017
The Costa chain is widespread throughout the UK and Ireland. This Dublin location is directly across from Trinity College. We stopped in for refreshment after out visit to Trinity and the Book of Kells.

We enjoyed an order of tea along with snacks of shortbread biscuits and crisps. (The crisps were an Irish brand. A good selection of bold flavours.) Costa also offers coffee and prepared and hot sandwiches, toasties, wraps, pastries and desserts. The location is in an older office building with high ceilings and comfortable seating.

This Costa attracts many students from Trinity. There is free WiFi. I definitely recommend it as a place to have a snack or lunch when exploring this area of Dublin. One may eat in or take away. Be sure to keep your receipt as it includes the entry code for the toilet facilities

One of the better coffee shop chains in the UK - far superior coffee to that of Starbucks imho, though I like Caffe Nero even more!
