Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Corus Hotel is good value for money cause it's got a great location, 5min. walk from KLCC.

We booked a Paradise Cabana room which was quite spacious room. These rooms are located on the swimming pool & garden floor. Talking about the pool, that looked very nice too. They have a lovely buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. Seemed clean enough too, least couldn't find anything wrong but I didn't look under bed however;) They are for sleeping on and not under I think;) And even de coach to for example Singapore stops in front of the hotel.

After previously staying in the Crown Plaza the Corus hotel surprised us pleasantly.

This hotel is really bad in terms of service. During our stay the water in the toilet is not clean. The color is brown and according to the Asst. Manager it was because something leaked on the pipe from the street. According to them, they cannot do anything about it. And this Asst. Manager did not apologized for this incident.

One of my friends who stayed on the other room was surprised to see a used condom under her bed. She reported the matter to the Manager and informed us that he will investigate. But there's no info as to the result of the investigation.

Also we booked for a non smoking room but during our 3rd day when we entered the room it smells cigarette and smoked on the room. Probably the cleaners were the one smoking during their work.

The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is near the Petronas Tower and Suria KLCC.

Over all, our stay was not really satisfying for this hotel.
