Cornwall Vacation Guide
Cornwall is in the southwest of England and is probably the wamest part of the UK,benefiting from the Gulf Stream. A popular destination for stay at home UK hoiday makers,it has a lot of little seaside towns with a variety of hotels and bed and breakfast accomodation.
There are also many camping and caravan sites, and these draw in a lot of people, particularly on Bank Holidays where you will find the main roads into the west country pretty well choked.Trains run along the south coast of Cornwall as far as Penzance, from where you can take a boat out to the Isles of Scilly.
Apart from the numerous beaches,Corwall has a lot of other attractions. The southern most point of the UK mainland,Lizard Point, is located here as is Lands End further west. The Eden Project with its Biodomes is a fantastic place to spend a couple of days and the largest Satellite Staion on earth is at Goonhilly.

I’m writing this blog from a lovely little block called Cowshit Lane at Golant, a small village in Cornwall, of southwest England, There is no public transport that serves the village but it is still a working village , some holiday or weekend homes, but certainly not a ghost town for eight month…
