Copenhagen local transport Reviews

The Copenhagen overground train system is a fantastic way to get around the city. It's not very expensive and you can buy many-journey tickets which brings the cost down even more.
The trains are frequent, clean, quiet, and surprisingly empty. There's also a metro system which goes to the international airport, and which connects with the overground trains. Taxis in Copenhagen cost a fortune, so they are best avoided unless you're made of money. I spent about US$85 to get from the airport to where I was working in Buddinge, which only took around 30 minutes. Part of the A trip to Copenhagen with work travel blog |
