Mid-April to Mid-May travelled to San Pedro Sula, Honduras to work for CARE Central America with other Michigan Business School Students. Our goal was to examine three business and evaluate growth opportunities for three business: Coffee, Bananas/Plantains and Passion Fruit. In addition, we felt it was important to evaluate the beach life.

Winter in the Pacific Northwest means time to get away from the wet, cold, dark weather and follow the birds south. What a trip. As you can tell from the photo, I spent my days working hard.... or was that hardly working? Playa Coco on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua typified the off-the-beaten path type places that exist in Central America. I was there for about 5 months. If you need any advice about travling thru this region, I'll be happy to share

unser wecker klingelt bereits um 5 uhr in der frueheund wir reisen mit schiff, taxi, bus, taxi und wieder bus nach copan ruinas im westen von honduras wo wir gegen 16 uhr ankommen.
