Copa Cabana Hotel

In December I stayed at the Copa Cabana Hotel in Jaco Beach in a suite overlooking the ocean. I would sit on my balcony and watch the surfers in the ocean surfing every morning. I would even get one of the locals to climb the coconut tree and knock a coconut from the tree so I could drink the water from it and I would sit and just enjoy the view, later I would saunter into the pool and sit on the bar stool in the water and order drinks while I listened to the great music. The staff was fantastic and very helpful as I only spoke only English and was curious about everything. My unit had a fridge, stove and microwave but I really enjoyed the restuarant downstairs because they served great food! There banana pancakes were to die for and fresh squeezed fruit drinks were my favourites. I will go back there in a heart beat.....
