Group fun with cooking your own meal Jul 23, 2008
Today I headed to a work event---it's for the Women of Leadership Forum (WoLF for short) for an induction/graduation ceremony. We did this event at Cooks of Crocus Hill where 30 of us Ladies (and one Alpha Male) made ourselves lunch in a kitchen most people would die for.

I was in the pasta group and we had to make the sauce (2 different sauces then put together for one good sauce). The staff was very helpful with our stupid questions... in the word of one of the Pack members she said that it didn't surprise her that alot of us had a hard time in the Kitchen because we had a lot of Type A personalities!

But between 6 groups we made 6 parts to the meal, risotto rice, pasta with prosciutto meat sauce, meatballs, a basil with spinach and green bean salad, chicken and tiramisu! All of it was delicious and it was a good way for everyone to network together!

There are classes throughout the week that you can also go to if you don't have a large group to make reservations with you can go and just learn some simple tips like making sushi or cooking with beer! All the classes are about $70 per person but it was a lot of fun!
