This trip was totally out of the blue, whilst on my Working Holiday Visa in New Zealand, I needed to get away from windy Wellington so I chose this strange combination. After studying so hard in Auckland we decided we need some vacation - some real vacation - so we went to Rarotonga the main island of the Cook Island. Although the weather was not the best - we met heaps of nice people and learned what it means to live on a tropical island: always wear flowers in your hair and drive around the island with your best friend- your scooter ;)
