This is a very cool building in Golden Gate Park that houses a variety of different plants. Each room has a different, carefully controlled climate, simulating the environments where different species of plants and flowers grow. In some rooms you'll feel like you're in a humid jungle, and in others you'll feel like you're high up in the mountains, breathing crisp, cold air. There is another room with a lily pond and some benches, perfect places to relax on your way through Golden Gate Park.

When I went there was a really cool orchid exhibit going on, too. I'm not really the biggest flower aficionado, but it was really interesting to see all the different species of orchids, and a lot of them looked quite alien and interesting.
