Monumental Site Jun 20, 2010
The monumental site Alcazaba of Almeria was buildt in the Xth century under the rule of the Caliph of Cordoba and is divided into three districts, two of arab origin and the third district buildt after the Christian reconquest at the end of the XVth century. After the world famous Alhambra in Granada, it ist the 2nd largest arab construction in Spain. It is free for EC citizens, however, at this date there are no entrance fees to pay from other Non EC Citizens. It is worth to climb up the hillock where it is located and from the top you will enjoy the most splendi views all over the city of Almeria.

Plese come back sonn as I will put much more information here about Andalusia! Thanks for your interest!
