The Comunidad de Madrid is the region that encompasses the Spanish capital city and its surrounding towns. Although Madrid itself looms large over the rest of the Comunidad - and justly so - smaller towns like Alcala de Henares, Aranjuez, El Escorial, and El Pardo all offer places of historical and cultural signifcance to visit.
While you might enjoy the fresh air, gardens, churches, and palaces of the outlying parts of the Comunidad, they are most likely going to be day-trip material. Madrid will beckon you back for her nightlife!

When I arrive at the subway(airport) Tirso won't respond at the phone and Lauro also!!! Well I have the hostel reservation, so in the worst case, no problem! Finally at the 3º or 4º time Lauro was in! ok we will meet at Sol under the "Bear" arround 20.30h
