Madrid 2006

MADRID - The capital of Spain. I decided to fly there for few days in January 2009. If you are interested in it, you can check out my blog.

Went to Madrid for work. Arrived on a Saturday afternoon and left Monday morning. Was working the whole day on Sunday. Only got to see a bit of the city at night, so I don't have many pictures.

We were lucky to get back into Madrid. There was a snow storm, the first in some 20 years. It was SO cute to see how the people of Madrid acted in the snow. There were snowmen with cigarette noses and adults having snowball fights. The city pretty much shut down since it wasn't used to snow at all.

I lived in spain for 6 months; Salamanca, Sevilla and Malaga. I followed Spanish classes also. I`ve seen the whole country, except Valencia. Every year I go back, once or twice.
