Lebanese fast food for novices May 24, 2011
Situated behind the unrelenting shopping mayhem of Oxford Street, this diner style Lebanese cafe & deli sits in a nondescript part of Marylebone. In terms of the decor, it’s quite unlike any of its Middle Eastern competitors found along the Edgware Road, owing more to 1960s pop art influence.

From what I could see, the menu seems to be created around sharing dishes and platters. There’s a vast choice of mezze including wraps, homemade bread, hummus, and lamb dishes. Sharing platters are intended for two people, but probably because of all the bread, and all of the cans of strawberry Tango I was chugging down, I was unable to finish my share. Good selection of desserts and non alcoholic beverages, and even though alcohol is not sold on the premises, you can bring along a bottle to have with your meal for free.
