Comfort Suites Findlay

I reserved 45 rooms for a high school show choir. The manager, John, was very
attentive to all room changes, etc., that were made prior to arrival. He was
always very pleasant. He sent me a list of all rooms he had blocked for us &
the room numbers and allowed me to assign the rooms to prevent the girls & boys
being on the same floors and to allow for enough adults to supervise on each
floor. He gladly took care of last minute changes, including adding 2 rooms at
the very last minute when the hotel was actually booked. He juggled rooms
around and found room. Our bus broke down, and we arrived at 3:00 a.m. He
stayed until we arrived so check-in would be smooth. He then kept the hot
breakfast out until noon so our kids could get some extra sleep. By the way,
the hot breakfast is great! He upgraded several rooms since we were taking most
of the hotel. He called me on his day off to make sure everything was going
okay. He really went above the call of duty and told me that if we came back
next year, he would set up breakfast in the meeting room for us so that no one
would have to wait in a long line. I cannot say enough about John, his staff,
the cleanliness of the hotel, etc. It has a great pool, and everything was
perfect. I would never stay anywhere else anytime we are in the area!
