Great Hotel May 01, 2009
A group of us were in Ontario for the Sewing Convention. We got turned around somehow from the convention center and ended up at the Comfort Suites. We were actually staying at the Sheraton. It was about 9pm at night. We called the Sheraton to have the shuttle pick us up, they declined. After being turned around for about 20 minutes we walked into the Comfort Suites lobby, asking for directions. Joan came right up and helped. Even though we were not guests at this hotel that night she provided us a shuttle to the Sheraton. We (all 8 of us) were WOWED!!!! By this small kind act we moved 4 rooms out of Sheraton to the Comfort Suites. This hotel really knows service!!!! Thanks to the staff at this hotel who went out of their way to help us out. We have booked a block of room for next year.
