Very Disappointed! Poor Customer Service Jun 28, 2008
I just returned from a stay at the Comfort Inn in Colby, KS and was Very Disappointed! First of all I reserved a room with a microwave and a refrigerator but when I arrived neither was present. Secondly, I was given a room with a connecting door...read entire review at TravelPost.com
