 Worst Customer Service Ever Jan 15, 2008
rude "floor desk manager", after I called regarding a $25 cancellation fee after 20 mins of the reservation, she didn't listen, I can't imagine if you complain about something during you stay. Don't go thereread entire review at TravelPost.com

This is my favorite hotel and we have stayed here a lot. We faced the water directly (instead of the side view). We slept with the balcony door open and listened to the ocean all night. We were on the top floor. Great breakfast too delivered to...read entire review at TravelPost.com
