A good addition to Christmas in Philly Dec 09, 2015
A recent addition to the Christmas scene in Philly, the Comcast Holiday Spectacular is a musical video set to Christmas music and songs. Shown on a wall inside the Comcast Center, which is the tallest building in Philly. The building itself, is a 5-minute walk from LOVE Park, the location of the Christmas Village.

Basically, the show takes you through different musical Christmas numbers, along with different video segments accompanying each number. Some of the musical numbers include “The 12 Days of Christmas”, “Jingle Bell Rock”, part of “The Nutcracker”, and even the theme from “A Charlie Brown Christmas”, among others. There are dance performances, and singers on top of some of the buildings within the Philly skyline.

Running around 15 minutes, I find the show to be really entertaining, and worth checking out, if already in the area. The video segments are entertaining enough, and fit very well with the musical numbers. Plus the dance performance is nice to watch. Overall, this is a nice addition to Philadelphia.

The show runs every 2 hours, with the last show at 8 PM.
