Comala Travel Blogs

I flew to Comala, Colima, Mexico to meet my husbands family. It was after the earthquake. Although there was extensive damage the church was being renovated and the town was friendly and beautiful. The streets were lined with cobblestone and small little ranches and homes everywhere. They have lots of land and a ranch, everyone owns a store, even a tortilla factory. The people are friendly and you have to try the ponche. The trees are all tropical and there are fruits you have never seen.

For those looking for something different than Cancun... Manzanillo is a good choice. Cheap, nice beaches and a beautiful highway! And Guadalajara... what can I say... the most mexican city!
