Fine and rustic Sep 08, 2012
We stayed in a log cabin (1 room, 2 beds with private bathroom) in Colter Bay for 2 nights during our stay in Grand Teton. The cabin was charming and rustic.

Parking is convenient to your cabin, unloading the car was easy, no stairs to climb.

Conveniently located to all the services: ice machine, the convenient store and laundry and just a short walk to the restaurant and marina, gas station.

Boat rentals and scenic boat rides on Jackson Lake are available in Colter Bay. Rentals cost 75$ per 2 hours.

There is no breakfast provided, but it was just a short walk to a place to eat.

The cabin was spacious and quaint. Very clean and the bedding was nice and warm for the cool evening air. Also there is a heater on the wall. Housekeeping came every day.

Bathroom with small shower, sink, and toilet, liguid soap and shampoo, no hair dryer.

Cell service is very sketchy but the office has wifi and they allow you use of a computer and a printer. The office is open 24 /7 . Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is definitely an authentic feel to stay in Grand Teton
